Some of these buildings are houses. Some are shops and steel structures. All of them sit in Phoenix metro heat.
The mix on this page reflects the mix of our schedule. Attic roof decks and wall cavities sit next to pole barns, shops and warehouse steel. The equipment and the foam are the same. The plan is not. A corrugated metal roof needs different prep and a different spray pattern than a plywood deck, and a crawl space needs different access than an open warehouse ceiling.
If you are comparing contractors, ask to see photos of jobs like yours, not just any jobs. Foam on a flat attic floor tells you nothing about how a company handles overhead steel. Thickness should look even from one bay to the next, and the foam should reach the edges of the surface rather than fading out where the gun is hard to angle.
Bare Steel In, Sealed Building Out.
Foam sprayed straight onto the roof and wall panels of a working Arizona metal building.

Prep, even application and time spent on the awkward spots are what separate a solid job from a fast one.
